They then relocated to Connecticut and then to Jericho, New York, where they lived for the remainder of their days.

The Charles E. Smith Jewish Day School in Washington, DC, and the Solomon Schechter Day School in Glen Cove, New York, were her first two educational stops before transferring to Columbia University. After attending Syosset High School in Syosset, New York for four years, she graduated in 1999. She’s been dancing since she was four years old and has participated in a variety of local groups.

During her formative years, she also participated in a slew of theatre camps. She studied ballet and modern dance at the American Theatre Dance Workshop in New Hyde Park, New York.
