William James Adams Jr. was birth on March 15th, 1975, in East Los Angeles, California, to parents William Adams Sr. and Debra (nee Cain). He is the son of William James Adams Sr. He spent his childhood in the Estrada Courts low-income housing complex, which is located in the Boyle Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles, California.
