Elisabeth Singleton Moss is an American actor, producer, and director. She was born on July 24, 1982, in the United States. She is well-known for her performance in a number of television dramas, for which she has received numerous honors, including two Primetime Emmy Awards and two Golden Globe Awards. As a result of this, Vulture has dubbed her the “Queen of Peak TV.”

In the early 1990s, Moss began her career as an actress, and she initially garnered widespread attention for her role as Zoey Bartlet, the youngest daughter of President Josiah Bartlet, in the NBC political drama series The West Wing (1999–2006).
